The Zandvoorts Museum is starting this year with a special moment: Peter van Delft has handed over his duties as treasurer and fundraiser. Since the museum’s professionalization in 2018, Van Delft has been a driving force behind the organization. The museum looks back with great pride and gratitude on seven years of exceptional dedication.
As treasurer, Van Delft ensured a solid and transparent financial policy. During the relocation and redevelopment of the museum, however, his commitment went beyond his formal role. He actively contributed ideas for solutions, monitored the financial frameworks and was, where necessary, literally hands-on involved. The transition to the new location was a complex and intensive process. Thanks to his financial expertise, reliability and great commitment, this step could be taken in a responsible and stable manner.
