Accessibility
Zandvoorts Museum is located at Louis Davidsstraat 19 in the center of Zandvoort.
BUS
The Zandvoorts Museum is located opposite the bus stop. There are two buses to Zandvoort. From Haarlem Central Station, bus 81 will take you to Zandvoort in about 30 minutes, and bus 80 from Amsterdam, Marnixstraat stop (via Haarlem and Heemstede-Aerdenhout), to Zandvoort takes just under an hour.
TRAIN
You will arrive at Zandvoort aan Zee Station. Go up the stairs and then turn left and follow the road. Cross the road and turn left onto Zeestraat. Turn right at Haltestraat. Follow Haltestraat to the square. Then turn left at Louis Davidsstraat. Walk past the buses and you will find the Zandvoorts Museum on your left.
CAR
If you are coming by car, it is best to park in the Centrum parking garage (LDC). Cornelis Slegersstraat 17, 2042 GP Zandvoort.
Visitor Regulations
Admission
The Zandvoorts Museum is only accessible with a valid ticket.
In case of inappropriate behavior, the museum reserves the right to refuse visitors admission.
Luggage and personal belongings
Large bags, backpacks and umbrellas are not allowed inside. Feel free to use our cloakroom or lockers. The museum is not liable for loss or theft of personal property.
Photography and recordings
Photography is permitted, unless otherwise stated. Flash and tripods are not allowed. Prior permission is required for professional photo or film recordings.
Liability
Visitors are liable for damage they cause to collections, buildings or interiors. The museum is not liable for damage to persons or property, unless there is gross negligence.
Force majeure and closure
In case of crowds, calamities or restorations, (part of) the museum may be temporarily closed. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation – together we ensure that everyone can enjoy art and heritage.

The Zandvoorts Museum is for everyone.
We want all visitors, with or without disabilities, to feel welcome. That is why we are constantly working on a museum that is physically and substantively accessible – for young and old, and for people with diverse needs.
Whether you want to enjoy yourself quietly, need guidance or are looking for extra information: you are most welcome. One companion per person is allowed in free of charge.
Accessibility
The museum is easily accessible and has disabled parking spaces in the immediate vicinity.
Backpacks
For safety reasons, backpacks and large handbags are not allowed in the museum.
Do you need a bag for medical reasons? Please report this to the information desk.

The museum is easily accessible for visitors with a wheelchair or walker.
At the information desk you can find information about:
- the locations of benches and folding museum stools
- the wheelchair-accessible toilet
- borrowing a wheelchair (available on request)

Wheelchair-accessible toilet
There is a spacious, wheelchair-accessible toilet available.
This space can also be used as a changing place, suitable for adults and large children.
Ask at the information desk for the location – our staff will be happy to help you.
Discounted tours
We offer private tours at a reduced rate for blind or partially sighted visitors, deaf or hard of hearing visitors and visitors with special needs.
