Public Benefit Organisation (ANBI)

The Zandvoorts Museum is registered with the Tax Authorities as a Public Benefit Organisation (ANBI). This means that the museum does not have to pay inheritance or gift tax on inheritances and donations. The ANBI status makes it possible for donors to make use of the tax benefits of the gift law. Every euro of your contributions goes entirely to the museum. The status also obliges the Zandvoorts Museum to operate transparently for donors. Below you will find some information.
Zandvoorts Museum has had the status of cultural ANBI since 1 January 2018.

Remuneration policy

The museum receives a limited contribution from the municipality and is therefore partly dependent on income from funds, visitors, activities and friends’ contributions for its operations. The museum shows its appreciation for the efforts of the volunteers by providing a pleasant working environment, free coffee and tea, and free admission to all exhibitions and activities within the museum. In addition, the museum organises a pleasant cultural trip, a BBQ, a Christmas gathering and a gift on certain occasions every year.
